What are the check-in and check-out times?

We are delighted to welcome you to Ithaca's Poem. Our standard check-in time begins at 15:00. As we do not operate a 24-hour reception, we kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we may greet you personally. On the day of your departure, we request that you vacate the apartment by 11:00.

Where is the property located?

Our apartments are ideally situated in the heart of Vathy, just a 5-minute walk from the port. We are conveniently located near the town’s cultural highlights, with the Archaeological Museum just 100 meters away and the Naval Maritime Museum within 200 meters, allowing you to easily explore the rich history of Ithaca.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, we understand that convenient parking is essential for a stress-free holiday. We are pleased to offer free private parking on-site for our guests. You may rest assured that your vehicle will be secure while you enjoy your stay or explore the island's beautiful beaches.

What kitchen facilities are included?

To ensure you feel right at home, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. You will find all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, allowing you to prepare your own meals. You are welcome to enjoy your dining on your private furnished balcony with views of the Ionian Sea or the mountains.

How often is housekeeping provided?

We respect your privacy during your stay. Therefore, we provide a full change of bed linens and towels every three days. Please note that we do not offer daily room service, allowing you to enjoy your apartment as your own private residence in Vathy.

Are pets allowed at the apartments?

To ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all our guests, we regret that we are unable to accommodate pets at Ithaca's Poem. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
